Ramsey and Associates Consulting Ltd. (affiliated with “Y2Marketing” or “Y2M” in this document) acknowledges and respects the privacy of its clients, suppliers and associates. As part of our commitment to these groups, we have created this document to clarify the purposes, needs and uses for gathering personal information and the processes we have in place to protect this information and to only gather and retain information necessary for the services and products we provide.

1. If you are an individual or business that has attended one of our Monopolize Your Marketplace (MYM) seminars, Marketing Presentations or have received our MYM Audio CD’s, you may be included in our Marketing Newsletter Distribution system. Each recipient of the newsletter, either by email or fax, has a number of clear opportunities to opt out of the system and your information will be removed completely from the distribution lists.

The Marketing Newsletter Distribution List is maintained within securely encrypted computer systems by Ramsey and Associates and is never sold, shared or used for purposes other that informing participants of Ramsey & Associates information and events. Only essential contact information is kept in this system and the system is reviewed with opt-in confirmation processes every 12 months. All requests for information of the data held, corrections to the information in the system and monitoring of the security of the system and processes are handled through the appointed Privacy Agent for Ramsey and Associates.

2. Consulting clients of Ramsey and Associates may at time to time be required to provide access to their third party client information normally controlled by them and governed by PIPEDA or other similar regulations. We acknowledge the importance of abiding by the commitments the consulting client has in place with their customers and will make ourselves fully aware of these procedures and processes. As well, we will attempt to inform these third parties, through the consulting clients systems and procedures, if there is any change in the uses of their information due the Y2M’s access.

3. Information held for Suppliers and Associates of Ramsey and Associates will be maintained in encrypted computer systems and protected from access as necessary to meet current Regulations.
