He has worked with both small entrepreneurial companies and large multi-national corporations (Todd was the Global Practice Leader for Learning Outsourcing for IBM). A published author, award winning business strategist, and accomplished national trainer and speaker, Todd forms the nucleus of or team.

Lorne Mann: Principal Consultant, London Office

Lorne’s deep experience in sales methodologies, combined with strong strategic development and implementation background ensures that in any marketing/sales or project management situation, Lorne has the tools needed to develop a solid solution and follow it through to completion. With many years of experience in high technology areas, combined with skills in the print industry, internet, and telemarketing, Lorne develops tactical plans for our clients that are solidly founded in empirical evidence and he ‘gets the job done’. Lorne’s natural style lends itself well to training and speaking – both of which he performs on a regular basis.

Randall Girdner: Consultant and Media God

Randall’s background in teaching, combined with his extensive experience in graphics, film and writing, make him the ideal complement to the R&A team. As an award winning author, director, film maker, graphics designer and web guru, his talents are put to the test by applying this creativity to marketing that is based solidly on research and foundational principles.
